HOW TO MAKE CHEESECAKE COOKIE DOUGH

Quick, easy & delicious!

STEP 1

Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.

Blend cashews and cheesecake ingredients until smooth and freeze.

STEP 2

Mix cookie dough ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips and press into the pan.

STEP 3

Pour on cheesecake layer, drizzle melted chocolate on top and freeze for at least one hour. Then cut into bars and enjoy!

STEP 4

Soak your cashews for at least two hours up to overnight
