HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY MUFFINS

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 375F and prepare muffin tin.

Mix dry and wet ingredients separately.

STEP 2

Combine and fold in blueberries.

STEP 3

Bake for 18-22 minutes, then cool.

STEP 4

Coat blueberries in 1tbsp of oat flour before mixing to prevent them from sinking to the bottom during baking.
