HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY FALAFEL

STEP 1

Preheat oven and line a baking sheet.

Pulse all ingredients (except flour) in a food processor until combined.

STEP 2

Stir in oat flour, then shape mixture into 12 patties.

STEP 3

Bake, flipping halfway until golden.

STEP 4

For added flavor, mix in a pinch of smoked paprika or cayenne for a subtle spicy kick in your baked falafel!
