HOW TO MAKE BUDDHA BOWL

Quick, easy & delicious!

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 400F and line a tray.

Season tofu and sweet potatoes, place on tray, and bake 30 minutes.

STEP 2

Massage kale with lemon juice.

STEP 3

Build bowl with kale, tofu, sweet potatoes, avocado, and tahini.

STEP 4

Press tofu well to remove excess water for crispier, golden baked tofu.
