  • Add all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, to a food processor and blend until a doughy texture forms.
  • Add 1-2 tablespoon of warm water if needed to blend.
  • Form into approximately 10 balls and transfer to a lined baking sheet. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes to firm up, then enjoy!

Notes

  • Store in the fridge or freezer for the best texture.
  • Soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes if they are not soft.
