This apple pie baked oatmeal is the perfect meal prep breakfast to have on hand for the week. It's loaded with healthy fats, fibre and protein, yet tastes like you're eating a delicious apple pie!
Preheat oven to 350F and grease or line your baking dish.
Add dry ingredients to your prepared baking dish, followed by wet ingredients. Stir until fully combined and oats are completely coated. Then fold in ⅔c apples.
Top with remaining apples.
Bake for about 45 minutes until top is lightly golden.
