maple syrup

coconut flour

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and grease an 8x8 baking pan
In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, tahini, maple syrup, coconut sugar and vanilla extract
Slowly add in cocoa powder, stirring a little at a time to ensure it is thoroughly mixed in. Then stir in the coconut flour, salt, and baking soda
Fold in the chocolate chips, saving extra to sprinkle on top
Transfer batter into pan, smoothing top with a rubber spatula if needed. Sprinkle on additional chocolate chips
Bake for about 25 mins or until toothpick comes out clean
Let cool 10 mins to allow brownies to set before slicing and serving
Notes
*Can sub nut butter for tahini
*Store in an airtight container at room temperature
