  • Preheat oven to 375F and lightly grease a small baking dish or ramekin.
  • Blend together all ingredients except chocolate chips and cookies in a high speed blender until smooth.
  • Stir in chocolate chips and crumbled cookies by hand.
  • Pour batter into baking dish and top with extra chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 23-25mins until lightly golden.
  • Top with a splash of almond milk and enjoy!
