Chocolate Chip Cookie Baked Oats
These chocolate chip baked oats are made with healthier ingredients like oats, almond milk and nut butter. They taste like you're eating cake for breakfast and are so easy to make!

rolled oats

teaspoon
baking powder
½
c
almond milk
3
tablespoon
applesauce
1
tablespoon
cashew butter
1
tablespoon
chocolate chips
2
mini cookies, crumbled
(optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F and lightly grease a small baking dish or ramekin.
Blend together all ingredients except chocolate chips and cookies in a high speed blender until smooth.
Stir in chocolate chips and crumbled cookies by hand.
Pour batter into baking dish and top with extra chocolate chips.
Bake for 23-25mins until lightly golden.
Top with a splash of almond milk and enjoy!
