Healthy Banana Iced Coffee Recipe (with banana milk)

This banana iced coffee is ultra creamy, perfectly sweet and is better than barista quality! It's the perfect morning or afternoon pick me up that takes just 5 minutes to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small banana sliced into chunks
  • ¾ c milk
  • 2 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein optional
  • 2 shots espresso
  • Handful Ice

Instructions
 

  • Fill a coffee cup with ice and pour 2 espresso shots overtop
  • In a blender, make your banana milk by combining banana, milk, maple syrup and protein until creamy. Strain any chunks if needed.
  • Pour banana milk over your coffee, top with whipped cream if desired and enjoy!
