Healthy Homemade Vegan Gummies (Raspberry Lemonade)

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ c lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoon agar agar powder
  • 2 packets raspberry lemonade electrolytes optional
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

Instructions
 

  • Heat juices and honey in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a low simmer.
  • Add agar agar powder and electrolytes. Continue stirring until dissolved (about 5 minutes).
  • Transfer to gummy molds and chill in the fridge for 15 mins to set.
  • Pop out of your molds and enjoy!
