These strawberry matcha yogurt clusters are a high-protein, no-bake snack made with Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, and a matcha white chocolate coating.
Combine yogurt, strawberries and honey in a medium bowl
Drop by the spoonful onto a parchment lined sheet. Freeze 2 hours to set.
Melt together white chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave at 20 sec increments, stirring as needed. Then sift in matcha powder and combine until smooth.
Dip clusters in white chocolate matcha. Freeze at least 30min until set, and enjoy!
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
