1 c oat flour sub ap or gf 1 teaspoon baking powder ¼ teaspoon baking soda ¼ teaspoon salt ⅓ c coconut sugar ¼ c almond milk 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoon coconut oil melted ¼ c applesauce 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Coating: ¼ c sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon Cooking spray
Preheat oven to 375F and grease a 6-donut pan
In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients
In a medium bowl, stir together all wet ingredients
Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix until just combined (do not overmix!)
)Pipe or spoon batter to a donut cavities and fill each ¾ way full
)Bake for about 12mins until tops are set or until toothpick comes out clean.
For coating: let donuts cool slightly. Then spray with cooking spray and toss in cinnamon sugar mixture to coat. Enjoy!
