HOW TO MAKE PUMPKIN SCONES

Quick, easy & delicious!

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet.

 Mix dry ingredients, cut in coconut oil, and add wet ingredients.

STEP 2

Shape dough into a disk, cut into 8 triangles, and place on the sheet.

STEP 3

Bake for 16-18 minutes, cool for 15 minutes, then drizzle with melted white chocolate and pecans.

STEP 4

Freeze Coconut Oil for about 1 hour to ensure it's solid for making healthy pumpkin scones.
