HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE NUTELLA

Quick, easy & delicious!

STEP 1

Soak dates, then drain.

Roast and skin hazelnuts.

STEP 2

Blend hazelnuts with dates, cacao, vanilla, and salt, adding water as needed.

STEP 3

Store in sealable jars in the fridge.

STEP 4

Use fresh Medjool dates; if not soft, soak in hot water for 10 minutes before blending.
