This is one of my favorite Thanksgiving desserts especially during pumpkin season, for its perfect blend of flavors.

It's quick, easy, and oh so comforting.

INGREDIENTS

pumpkin puree

vegan chocolate chips

coconut oil

flax egg

white wheat flour

HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE MARBLE LOAF

Quick, easy & delicious!

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan.

Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine.

STEP 2

Divide batter, add cocoa and chocolate chips to one half. Then layer into baking pan and swirl.

STEP 3

Top with extra chocolate chips and bake for about 55 mins.

STEP 4

Monitor bake time by checking for a golden top. Insert a toothpick—if it comes out clean, the bread is done.
