  • Fill a coffee cup with ice and pour 2 espresso shots overtop
  • In a blender, make your banana milk by combining banana, milk, maple syrup and protein until creamy. Strain any chunks if needed.
  • Pour banana milk over your coffee, top with whipped cream if desired and enjoy!

Top Tips

  1. Use a ripe banana. The spottier the better. A ripe banana blends smoother and tastes naturally sweeter without needing extra sweetener.
  2. Strain the banana milk. Pour through a fine mesh strainer if any chunks remain for the smoothest, creamiest result.
  3. Adjust sweetness to taste. Add an extra teaspoon of maple syrup or a drop of vanilla extract if you want a little more sweetness or depth.
