Fill a coffee cup with ice and pour 2 espresso shots overtop
In a blender, make your banana milk by combining banana, milk, maple syrup and protein until creamy. Strain any chunks if needed.
Pour banana milk over your coffee, top with whipped cream if desired and enjoy!
Top Tips
Use a ripe banana. The spottier the better. A ripe banana blends smoother and tastes naturally sweeter without needing extra sweetener.
