Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • avocado
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • Handful kale
  • 2 dates
  • 1 c almond or oat milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy!
