  • Preheat oven to 325F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Combine all dry ingredients except chocolate chips
  • Combine wet ingredients
  • Pour wet into dry and stir until oats are completely coated
  • Spread mixture onto a baking sheet in an even layer and PRESS down with a spatula
  • Bake for 25 minutes until golden, stirring and pressing down halfway.
  • Let cool completely before gently breaking into clusters! (Don’t skip this step as this is when the granola gets crispy!
  • Once cooled, mix in chocolate chips and enjoy!

How To Store: 

Store in an airtight container or mason jar in a cool, dry place for up to 3 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months.
 

Top Tips

  1. Coat every oat. Mix dry and wet ingredients thoroughly until all the oats are fully coated before spreading onto the baking sheet.
  2. Let it cool completely before adding chocolate chips. Add them warm and they melt straight into the granola.
  3. Press firmly before baking. An even, compact layer is what creates the clusters and the crispy texture.
