Crispy Air Fryer Tofu

This air fryer tofu is perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and is both vegan and gluten free! Made with just 5 total ingredients, its the perfect meal prep staple that's both easy and delicious.

  • Press tofu for 30 minutes to remove as much liquid as possible.
  • Cut tofu into cubes and then transfer to a large ziploc bag. Toss with coconut aminos. Add in cornstarch, paprika and garlic powder, and toss again to coat completely.
  • Spray air fryer basket with cooking oil and arrange tofu in a single layer. Spray tops of tofu and air fry at 375F for 15 minutes, flipping with a spatula/tossing half way. Serve with rice, roasted veggies, or whatever you'd like!
