Healthy Chocolate Rice Krispie Treats

Ingredients

pitted medjool dates
⅓
c
peanut butter
¼
c
hazelnuts
2
tablespoon
maple syrup

c
brown rice cacao crisps
~1-2
tablespoon
water
Instructions
Soak dates in hot water for 10-15 minutes to soften.
Blend all ingredients except brown rice crisps in a high speed food processor. Add 1-2tbsp water as needed to blend, mixture should be sticky.
Transfer to a bowl and stir in brown rice crisps by hand, one cup at a time.
Press firmly into a 9x5 loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
Place in the fridge to set (~1hr). Then slice into squares and enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
