Healthy Vegan Peppermint Bark Recipe (5-ingredient)

This vegan peppermint bark is made of dreamy swirls of white and dark chocolate, topped with crunchy candy cane pieces. It's the most delicious sweet treat that's perfect for snacking or gifting this holiday season.

Equipment

  • Baking Pan 
  • Parchment Paper
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Spatula

Instructions
 

  • Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave at 20 second increments till smooth. Stir in ⅛tsp peppermint extract.
  • Pour chocolate in an even layer across a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Repeat with white chocolate. Then pour on baking sheet overtop of your dark chocolate layer.
  • Use a toothpick to swirl together and create a marbling design.
  • Crush candy canes and sprinkle over top layer.
  • Place in the fridge or freezer till hardened. Break into pieces and enjoy!
