These bliss balls taste like raw peanut butter cookie dough...in the form of energy balls! Made with simple, real ingredients, they're the perfect on the go snack or healthy dessert!
Add oats, flaxseed and protein powder to a high speed food processor. Blend into a coarse flour.
Add in dates, peanut butter and maple syrup. Blend until a doughy texture forms, scraping down sides occasionally. Add ~1-2tbsp water as needed to blend. Mixture should stick together when pressed between fingers.
Fold in chocolate chips by hand.
Form into 16 balls. Store in the fridge or freezer for best texture!
Notes
*Soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes to soften. Then drain, pat dry and continue on with recipe.
