Sautéed cinnamon apples, creamy coconut yogurt and almond butter drizzle layered on top of thick sprouted grain bread for the best cozy inspired toast. Perfect for a delicious and healthy breakfast or snack to keep you fuelled throughout the day!
Heat a pan with coconut oil over low-med heat. Add diced apple and cinnamon and sauté until softened and golden (about 5 minutes.) Stir in maple syrup if desired.
Assemble Your Toast!
Smear a thick layer of coconut yogurt on toasted bread. Top with sautéed cinnamon apples, a drizzle of creamy almond butter and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon! Serve immediately.
