Notes

How to Store

Store in a zip-lock bag in the freezer for up to 2 months. Best eaten straight from frozen as it melts quickly at room temperature.

Top Tips

  1. Use very ripe bananas. The spottier the better. Sweeter, softer, and they press down onto the baking sheet much more evenly.
  2. Freeze the banana layer before adding peanut butter. About 20 to 30 minutes. Fresh banana makes the peanut butter slide and the layers mix together.
  3. Have toppings ready before opening the freezer. The banana layer freezes fast. Set everything out before you start.
