This Birthday Cake Protein Bar recipe takes only 5 minutes to whip up! The only equipment required is a baking tray and a food processor!

INGREDIENTS

cashew butter

chickpeas

vanilla protein

coconut flour

maple syrup

almond extract

almond milk

HOW TO MAKE PROTEIN BARS

Quick, easy & delicious!

STEP 1

Blend all ingredients (except sprinkles) until smooth.

Fold in sprinkles by hand.

STEP 2

Press into a lined loaf pan, top with sprinkles, and freeze.

STEP 3

Slice into bars and enjoy!

STEP 4

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for best texture and let thaw 10 minutes before eating.
