These homemade Twix cups are a healthier take on the classic candy bar we all know and love! Layered with an almond flour cookie crust, followed by a gooey date caramel center, and finished with a homemade chocolate topping for a delicious healthy treat. Naturally sweetened, vegan, and gluten free!

Twix bars were always my favourite candy bar growing up, and who am I kidding, they're STILL my favourite! I was the kid that would trade literally any candy on Halloween if it meant I'd get a Twix bar in return! I can't even explain how excited I was when I perfected this recipe! These mini Twix cups are made with good for you ingredients, free from artificial flavours, and are vegan, gluten free, and refined sugar free! They have 3 delicious layers just like a classic Twix bar: an almond flour cookie crust, a gooey date caramel center, and a smooth homemade chocolate topping! What more could you ask for? They are best stored in the fridge, but you can also pop some in the freezer to enjoy whenever that sweet craving hits.
