- 1 c greek yogurt
- 2 c strawberries chopped
- 2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 c white chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Combine yogurt, strawberries and honey in a medium bowl
- Drop by the spoonful onto a parchment lined sheet. Freeze 2 hours to set.
- Melt together white chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave at 20 sec increments, stirring as needed. Then sift in matcha powder and combine until smooth.
- Dip clusters in white chocolate matcha. Freeze at least 30min until set, and enjoy!
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
