These tahini brownies are my ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE brownie recipe yet! If you've never tried tahini brownies before, they are life changing! These brownies are paleo, nut free, grain free, oil free, so FUDGY and so easy to make! They also take only one bowl to prep so you don't have to worry about having to clean up all those dishes afterwards!
Tips to Make this Recipe Perfectly
The key to this recipe is good quality tahini! I used Sooms Foods Smooth Tahini.
Let the brownies cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting or digging in! This helps them set and come together so they form perfect squares once you slice them.

Best Ever Paleo Tahini Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 c smooth tahini
- ½ c coconut sugar
- ⅓ c unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ c maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F and grease an 8x8 baking pan
- In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, tahini, maple syrup, coconut sugar and vanilla extract
- Slowly add in cocoa powder, stirring a little at a time to ensure it is thoroughly mixed in. Then stir in the coconut flour, salt, and baking soda
- Fold in the chocolate chips, saving extra to sprinkle on top
- Transfer batter into pan, smoothing top with a rubber spatula if needed. Sprinkle on additional chocolate chips
- Bake for about 25 mins or until toothpick comes out clean
- Let cool 10 mins to allow brownies to set before slicing and serving
