Baked oats have become one of my favourite morning breakfasts! They're so warm and cozy and keep me feeling satisfied all morning long. All you do is combine all your ingredients together, transfer your mixture to a baking dish, and let your oven do the work! These cinnamon roll baked oats are loaded with all those cozy cinnamon spice flavours and are topped with a delicious, silky smooth vanilla swirl. They're a cinnamon roll lovers dream, yet made with healthy, good for you ingredients. Not to mention it makes the whole house smell like a dream!

Cinnamon Roll Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients
- ½ c rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ c almond milk
- ½ ripe banana mashed
- ½ tablespoon almond butter
- 1 scoop vanilla protein optional*
Topping:
- 2 tablespoon vanilla yogurt
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix ingredients all together in a bowl and transfer to a small lightly greased baking dish.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes until lightly golden.
- Swirl topping: combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Swirl on top of baked oats, top with extra cinnamon and devour!
