Ingredients in Healthy Chocolate Freezer Fudge:
Peanut Butter - smooth peanut butter works best for this recipe and provides the creamy texture. Almond butter or cashew butter would also work great!
Coconut Oil - I use unrefined, organic coconut oil. Ensure it is melted and cooled before combining with other ingredient
Maple Syrup - provides a delicious, natural sweetness and keeps this freezer fudge refined sugar free
Vanilla Extract
Cocoa Powder/hot cocoa mix - I used 2tbsp hot chocolate mix + 2 tablespoon cocoa powder. If you don't have hot chocolate mix, you can substitute it with equal amounts of cocoa powder.
Flakey Sea Salt - optional (but highly recommended) for topping!
