No crust, no problem! These easy bbq tempeh tortilla pizzas are a total game changer. All you need is any tortillas of your choice, and your favourite sauce and toppings. These pizzas were ready in 20 minutes from start to finish with minimal mess and dishes to clean afterwards. They're perfect for a weeknight dinner or when that sudden pizza craving hits! Trust me, this is one you'll be making on repeat once you try it! I love these with Siete Foods almond flour tortillas but feel free you use any that you have on hand. For a thicker crust, or if your tortillas are quite thin, I suggest layering two tortillas on top of each other so your crust is able to hold together nicely once you add all your toppings. For a thinner crust, simply use one tortilla (as pictured). Hope you enjoy these as much as I do!
