Ingredients
- ½ c rolled oats
- ½ c almond milk
- ¼ c thick coconut yogurt
- 1 tbs raisins
- 1 tbs unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tbs carrots
- 1 tbs crushed walnuts
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients except walnuts in a bowl or mason jar
