These cookies are that classic oatmeal chocolate chip cookie recipe you've been looking for with a soft and chewy centre, and chocolate chips that just melt in your mouth! They're vegan, gluten free, dairy free, and are ready to devour in just 20 minutes!

I love the coconut in these cookies because its add that little extra chew and a bit of natural sweetness! They're made with all natural ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry and contain no refine sugars. The best part about these cookies is that they're SO easy to make and come together so quickly. If you've been searching for a healthy and delicious oatmeal chocolate chip cookie recipe, look no further!

Tips To Make this Recipe Perfectly

Use rolled oats! This ensures that the cookies have that delicious chewy texture and bake up nicely in the oven

Let the cookies cool on your baking sheet for 10 minutes after taking them out of the oven. This allows the cookies to set and helps them hold together

Use a cookie scoop to scoop the dough onto baking sheets! Usually for baking cookies I don't use a scoop but for these ones it works perfectly! This helps ensure that all your cookies are the same size and shape, and also prevents making a mess since oatmeal cookie dough is quite soft and chunky.
