The Kris Jenner Erewhon smoothie dropped just in time for Mother's Day and I have been obsessed ever since I saw it. We're talking pitaya, blue spirulina, sea moss, and the most beautiful coconut cream swirl. The colour alone had me running to my blender!

It's called the "You're Doing Amazing" smoothie and is only available in LA, which means those of us up here in Vancouver are just supposed to... not have it? I don't think so.
This is my copycat version. Same gorgeous colour, same antioxidant-packed ingredients, dairy-free, and ready in under 5 minutes for a fraction of the price. I've already made it three times this week.
The best part? If you already follow a healthy lifestyle, you probably have half these ingredients sitting in your pantry right now. The pitaya powder and blue spirulina are the only things you might need to grab, and they are absolutely worth having on hand!

FAQ
Yes, you can use fresh or frozen dragon fruit instead (approximately ¼ cup) blended right in. The colour will be slightly less vibrant, but the flavour will still be amazing!
Very mild and slightly earthy, but honestly in a smoothie with berries and pitaya, you really can't taste it. It's mainly in there for the colour and added minerals.
Absolutely. Just swap the Greek yogurt for a coconut yogurt or cashew yogurt. Everything else in the recipe is already plant-based.
Both are available on Amazon, at most health food stores in Canada, and increasingly at places like Whole Foods and some Loblaws locations. I always keep both in my pantry because they're great for smoothie bowls and açai-style recipes too.
