    This banana iced coffee is ultra creamy, perfectly sweet and is better than barista quality! It's the perfect morning or afternoon pick me up that takes just 5 minutes to make.

    If you've been seeing the viral banana iced latte all over TikTok, you need to try my homemade version! It's naturally sweetened, made with wholesome ingredients and will satisfy all those sweet cravings. Simply blend your favorite milk with banana and a touch of maple syrup to create a sweet, creamy banana milk. Then pour over ice and espresso and you have the most delicious homemade latte ever!

    The best part is that it's free from added sugars and artificial syrups that you'll find in most drinks at coffee chains. It's the perfect sweet start to the day that will leave you feeling satisfied and energized!

    • Espresso - cold brew or strong coffee can also be used instead.

    2. In a blender, make your banana milk by combining banana, milk, maple syrup and protein until creamy. Strain any chunks if needed.
